Removed apps API: tracking what disappears from Google Play

Daily lists of removed apps, filters by category and installs, and lookups of single records that are no longer on the store.

Results are sorted by the removal date (removed_seen_at), newest first. Add category to narrow it.

One record

/app?id=… answers for removed apps too, with status.removed: true. The listing fields are the last ones seen before removal.
